Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Penny —a Health Coach, fitness enthusiast, and former sugar addict turned wellness advocate. I work with driven women who are ready to regain control of their health, boost their energy, and achieve lasting body transformation.

My mission?

To make the process simple, fun, and, most importantly, sustainable.

My Journey: From Stressed Professional Engineer to Passionate Health Coach

After 25 years as a corporate engineer, I found myself constantly stressed, overwhelmed, and feeling unfulfilled and with an out of control sugar addiction.

This led to my energy being on empty, my digestion a mess, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t shake the feeling that my body was breaking down faster than it should.

Despite my professional success, my health was suffering, and I knew I needed a change.

Leaving my corporate career to become a Health Coach wasn’t just a job change —it was the start of a life transformation.

Through years of personal research into psychology, nutrition, and optimal performance, I discovered what truly works for busy women like me —those who feel stuck, exhausted, and worried about whether their current lifestyle will lead to future health problems.

Now, I help other high-performing women take control of their health and create lasting change.

My lifelong passion for fitness and healthy cooking helps me inspire others to love their bodies and fuel them with high quality, high energy foods.

Foods that our bodies are actually craving-not the sugary treats we reach for.

I’m from Newfoundland, a large and beautiful island off the coast of northeastern Canada.

I hold a degree in Civil Engineering, so problem-solving is kind of my thing. It’s this love for understanding how things work that I bring into helping others rebuild their health and wellness.

Favorite Hobby

Cooking is my hobby and happy place. Instead of buying food full of mystery ingredients, I buy only the raw ingredients and make everything from scratch.

World Traveler

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to every continent multiple times, except one (Antarctica, I’ll be there someday!).

My Personal Transformation

For years, I struggled with a sugar addiction that left me feeling tired, with terrible digestion, and trapped in a cycle of frustration. I’d secretly disguise junk food runs as extra fitness walks and spend my days working out like crazy, trying to fight off the extra few pounds that never seemed to budge.

Everything changed when I dived into the science of cravings, energy, and mindset.

I discovered a simple yet powerful approach that helped me lose the weight, clear my brain fog, and finally break free from sugar cravings—without relying on willpower alone.

Now, I feel energetic, clear-headed, and truly happy in my skin. And the best part? No more IBS or negative self-talk! My mission is to help you experience this same transformation, no matter where you are on your journey.

What I Do

I created the 90-Day Body and Energy Transformation Intensive Coaching Program to help busy women achieve sustainable health and lasting results.
